Movement & Meditation
Mornings 7-8:30am	Movement & Meditation	Gentle Movement stretching & Silent Meditation & Savasana; as descibed in our Sanskrit book for preparing the body for meditation.
Afternoons 3-4:30pm	Movement & Meditation	Gentle Meditative Movement at 3pm, followed by meditation with some guidance or a silent walking meditation.
Evenings 6-7pm	Gamelan music	Gentle Bamboo Gamelan is played at Co- Work Space with the sunset view.
Evenings 7-8pm	Fire Pit	Every night we gather around the fire to ponder life, in silence, of course. Small papers are available to write memoirs or apologies and drop into the fire.
Trips
Mon – Fri only 10am – 12pm	Hot Springs	Relax and Socialize in the nearby Hot Springs. Bus leaves at 10am (5 mins transport and towel included)

Sun mornings 10am	Living Pharmacy Workshop	A workshop and interactive discussion with medicinal plants from our gardens.
Tue nights 6pm	‘Om Bath’	Heal and connect with vibrations and & meditative experience, where guest ‘bathe’ in the sound wave of Balinese “ohm” or other mantra
Sat mornings 10am	How to Make Balinese Offerings & Gratefulness Ceremony	Learn how to make one of those lovely little Balinese basket offerings, at our Co- Work Space. And then, walk to our meditation octagon joining other guests, for the traditional Panca Sembah prayer of gratefulness (with a bit of rice, flowers, incense etc.)
By appointment	Cooking Demo	How to forage, prepare, & cook the BSR way. A short workshop on the BSR-cooking-way (freshly foraged, clean to the extreme, yummy)
By appointment	Sustainability: Garden/Farm Tour	A tour of the Bali Silent Retreat organic gardens; medicines, foraged foods, unique organic SUSTAINABLE techniques, off-the-grid electricity, Natur-Cide pest control and Balinese perspectives.
		Although we’ve cancelled only 1 event in 4 years, these events are subject to weather conditions, Balinese ceremonies, and the availability of our speakers. Tues & Thurs mornings at 11am is a guided tour of the grounds – open to the public.
